Jaleel and I filmed this almost a year ago in Savannah, Georgia. It’s taken me a long time to finally post it up here on YouTube. I feel like pickle juice marinade/brines aren’t as popular as they were back then but they’ll always be quite good!

Rather than a recipe this is more of a technique that will be easy to do from memory.

Take your left over pickle juice, soak your chicken in it for at least 12 hours. Rinse off your chicken and get them smoked in your trusty rational oven, then crisp them at high temperature. It’s just that simple!
