I’ve been using this rub consistently since I first read about it 12 years ago . It’s a winner. I get asked for it almost every time I use it. It’s versatile and you can use it on anything you want to taste like BBQ sauce without the wetness.
Slow roasting in general gives good results. This techniques keeps everything wrapped tightly inside and locks the flavor in.
