The world loves roasted potatoes, except parts of Asia. This is my favorite way to roast your standard potato that you can by anywhere.
This technique might take you a few tries but the spuds will always be good. Boil them for 10 to 15 minutes. Take them out and rough them up with butter and another clear fat of your choice. Then you simply slow roast them for about an hour at 150C.
